E2NY SWEAT SESH WITH BRITT & GILL

September 8, 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm

ESCAPE TO NEW YORK invites you to a kick ass full body workout that will leave you feeling tired but accomplished! Nike trainers, Britt ad Gill will have you break into groups and complete multiple mini workouts each with a different focus. Strength, HIIT, and a whole lot of heart is going to be required to get this workout done!

Don’t sweat it – this event is geared to be a fun, community event that focuses on connection. So we encourage all levels of fitness to join in!

We welcome you to stay post workout for some social hangs and making connections!

What is Escape to NY?

Two teams of twelve runners will depart Toronto on October 29, 2019. Runners from each team will relay, non-stop across 900 KMS of varying terrain – around Lake Ontario, across the US border in Buffalo, down through the finger lakes towards NYC – finishing in Central Park on the day before the New York Marathon. The Escape to New York aims to raise $10,000 for Skylark walk-in clinics and counselling programs and services.

We are thrilled to partner with Escape To New York to raise funds and awareness for mental health services
for children, youth & families.
