Heart and Soul – Soul Restaurant Campaign

During Mental Health Awareness Month in May, Soul Restaurants ran a fundraising campaign in Canada with a goal to raise $80,000 for Skylark’s work with children, youth and families.

Soul Restaurants Canada Inc. is based in Toronto and is one of Canada’s largest restaurant companies with 180 KFC and Taco Bell restaurants across Ontario, British Columbia and Gatineau, QC.

Thanks to their generous customers showing a whole lot of heart and soul, the campaign raised just over $159,000 toward counselling programs and services at Skylark to help young people and families overcome the devastating effects of emotional, social and psychological difficulties.

This is the second successful year in a row that Skylark has collaborated with Soul Restaurants Canada Inc. In 2017, the campaign has raised more than  $81,000 towards Skylark’s counselling programs and services.
